- Meeting with the client and understand the project requirements.
- Prepare design documents and ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
- Create detailed test plans, outline the testing strategy, scope, resources, schedule, and deliverables.
- Prepare the testing environment Include both hardware and software configurations.
- Developers perform unit testing to verify that individual components function correctly.
- Conduct a final review of the system ensure all requirements have been met and all defects have been resolved.
